Why Does My Client Need to Create an Account in the Travefy App?

Travefy requires you to create an account when using the Trip Plans mobile app for a few different reasons:

  • The first reason is if there are tags on an itinerary. Learn more about tagging here! Tags are connected to the clients email. To ensure that the client and all others on the itinerary are seeing the correct events, they will need to create an account to view the itinerary if they haven't created one already

  • Secondly, clients will need to create an account to use the mobile app chat feature so other people in the group chat know who you are when sending and replying to messages!

  • Additionally, clients need to create an account to save trips in the Trip Plans app for future access.

When travelers try to access the messaging feature to chat with other guests or try to view their other trips they will be prompted to Sign Up or Login.
