1. Select the "App" Button

While viewing the web itinerary your client can click "App" at the top. If you do not see this option, please contact your advisor.

2. Email Yourself the Link!

3. Access Magic Link in Email Inbox

Once they have sent the magic link to their email address, your client will need to open the email on their mobile device and from that email they can follow the instructions to download the Trip Plans app from the app store. The itinerary will automatically upload within the Trip Plans app once it has finished downloading.

If you already have the app and are logged in:

Great! Once you select "view in app," the itinerary will appear in your account!

If you do not have the app downloaded yet, select "View in App" as shown above, then download it from the Appstore and then select "open"

Once that is done, select "Save to My Account" and then log in if you already have an account or create one if you don't!

Note for creating an account:

Make sure to use the same email address that you received the itinerary through, as using a different one will prevent you from accessing your itinerary. If you already have an account, choose the Log in option below.

The Trip Plans app also includes a chat feature! A blue bubble indicates the chat is active, while a black bubble means it's turned off. It's recommended to enable push notifications for the Trip Plans App on your phone to receive chat message alerts. Additionally, you can download your itinerary for offline access, so you won't need Wi-Fi or data to view it.
