If you would like to remove the date from an itinerary or proposal, follow the steps below: 

You can get to the Trip Settings by clicking either on the name of the trip, or on the Settings button at the top of the screen.

Delete the Trip Start Date within the text box, and click on Save Changes. That will remove all dates from the trip.
