As of August 1, 2019 Travefy is no longer supporting the free personal group planning product.

Over time our mission has evolved to focus on the needs of travel professionals. Going forward we'll only be supporting our Travefy Professional suite of product.

As noted in our June 2019 email and banner notifications, we greatly appreciate your support for Travefy's consumer products. As a part of this transition we've worked to ensure your continued ability to access existing trips without moving to a paid plan.

How can I access my existing trips without moving to a paid plan?

If you have existing trips planned on Travefy personal and you would like to access that itinerary in the future without moving to a paid Travefy plan, you can do so by following the below steps.

  • When you log into your Travefy account, you will see a large window open explaining these changes. Click "Convert My Account" in the lower right-hand corner, to convert your account to a 10-Day Free Trial of Travefy's professional product. 

  • Once your account is in a Free Trial, you can either download a PDF (instructions) of that itinerary or access it via the "Our Itinerary Viewer" mobile app (iOS link; Android Link). During your 10-Day Free Trial, you'll also be able to made edits to any existing itineraries. 

  • Please note you will only be able to download the PDF or the mobile App itinerary during your 10-Day Free Trial. Additionally, the "Our Itinerary Viewer" mobile apps will be removed from their respective mobile app stores on December 31, 2019. This will not impact your ability to view already downloaded itineraries and will only stop future downloads of the unsupported app.

Can I use Travefy for future trips?

For fully featured access to Travefy after your 10-Day Free Trial, you would need to purchase a subscription of Travefy .
