Before your cancel your Travefy account please understand:

  • Your trips, library items, contacts, website, and data will only be guaranteed for 45 days. After that they may be permanently deleted. 

  • Your account will remain active until the next billing cycle. At that point you can still sign in but will lose access to all features.

  • You can reactivate your account at anytime by signing in or contacting our support team at professional@travefy.com.
