Transition Overview
All Starter plan users were notified in October 2019 and again in February 2020 that as of May 2020 Travefy would no longer support the Starter plan (2019 announcement here).
All Starter users were provided access to our standard features at no additional cost and in May 2020 would be moved to our standard pricing.
Recognizing the devastating impact of the pandemic on our industry, we chose to delay this transition for an additional 2+ years.
As of October 15, 2022 Travefy will no longer support the legacy Starter plan.
Your pricing will move to Travefy’s standard pricing (here) at your next billing date after October 15th.
No action is required on your part, and your account will receive a 30% discount off our standard pricing when the account is transitioned.
When will my pricing change?
Your pricing will change at your next billing date after October 15th.
For example, if you're an annual subscriber with a renewal in January, your pricing will change at your renewal date in January 2023.
For example, if you're a monthly subscriber who renews on the 21st of each month, your pricing will change on October 21, 2022 at renewal.
How long is the 30% transition discount for?
The 30% transition discount will last for one year regardless of whether you are a monthly or annual subscriber.
