How to Set Up Your Travel Contact (CRM) Integration

Learn how to set up the Travel Contact CRM integration.

Travel Contact (TC) offers an integration with Travefy to allow TC users to export trips/itineraries from TC into Travefy. You can follow the steps below to set up the integration between Travel Contact and Travefy.

1. Go To Your Integrations Page

In Travel Contact, click on your profile picture and select Integrations from the drop down menu.

2. Select Travefy

The page will display the available integrations. Click the Configure button on the integrations page.

3. Click Setup Integration

On the Travefy integration page, click the "Setup Integration" button.

4. Enter Your Travefy Login Email Address

Enter your Travefy login email address exactly as you have it registered in Travefy in your Security Settings. Then click "Continue."

Note: The email address entered here must match exactly with your login email address in Travefy.

5. Authorize Integration

After selecting "Continue," you will be forwarded to Travefy to authorize the connection between Travel Contact and Travefy and link your accounts together. Click the "Confirm Authorization" button. If this page does not automatically open, you can go here to authorize the connection: https://travefy.com/account/authorize/travelcontact
