How To View Trip Feedback Responses

Viewing Trip Feedback Responses

Trip Feedback responses can be viewed in two places.

1. Through the Contact Profile

Going to the contact's profile and viewing the Trips tab will show what trips the customer has gone on and their Trip Feedback responses!

2. In the Expanded Trip Sidebar

You can also view Trip Feedback responses by going to the Trip Sidebar by clicking on the Feedback tab.

NOTE: You can see the trip feedback responses, and if you're part of a team account, your team members can see them too. However, these feedback responses are not visible to your travelers or the public.
