What is Travefy Training Camp?
Training Camp is an annual virtual event where Travefy hosts multiple training sessions throughout each day for a week. This gives current Travefy users and those interested in using Travefy an opportunity to see Travefy in action and in various ways with all of its powerful tools.
Do I have to register?
Yes! You will need to register for each session you are interested in joining. Most sessions will be live through Zoom and Facebook Live. You can register at https://trainingcamp.travefy.com.
Will it be recorded?
Yes! Every session will be recorded and sent to all who have registered for that session. They can also be watched at the end of each day at https://trainingcamp.travefy.com.
Is Travefy Training Camp for beginner or advanced users?
Both! Beginner and advanced users will all find new information and tips on each session. However, most of the sessions will typically cover the basics of Travefy. We have included "Bonus Trainings" at the end of the first three days as advanced learning opportunities for anyone to sign up for as well.
If you are new to Travefy or haven't created an account yet, each session will be helpful to see what's possible with Travefy and give you the knowledge to start using it right away.
What is Travefy Training Camp Certification?
Brag on your accomplishments after Training Camp Week! Anyone who attends 5+ sessions during the week will become Travefy Training Camp 2023 certified! You'll receive an official certificate and a badge kit to display your creds on your website, email signature, social media, you name it!
How do I get Travefy Training Camp certified?
You can get certified two ways:
Attending sessions live
Watching session replays before March 20, 2023 at 11:59 pm CST
Please note that attending or watching Facebook Live sessions or attending Travel Trivia Happy Hour will not count towards certification
When will I receive my certification certificate and badge kit?
We will begin to email those who qualified during the week of March 20, 2023. All who qualified will receive this email by Friday, March 24, 2023.
What if I can't attend in-person? Can I still get certified?
Yes! We're able to catch who watches so you will need to watch the recordings before the cut-off date of March 20, 2023 at 11:59 pm CST.
Please note that attending or watching Facebook Live sessions or attending Travel Trivia Happy Hour will not count towards certification

Can I ask questions during the sessions?
Please do! We'll have a dedicated Client Champion behind the scenes on each session to help answer your questions during the webinar. Please note that we might not be able to answer everything during the length of the session so feel free to reach out to our support directly at Professional@Travefy.com or in the chat within your account. If your question is specific to your account and we need more information, we may refer you directly to our support team outside of the webinar session as well.
