With Travefy's integrations with Stripe to send Client Invoices for planning fees and professional fees, you can sign into your Stripe account to customize various options of the invoices you send through Stripe.

Customize Your Invoice Branding
Once you sign into your Stripe account, under Business Settings choose "Branding." You can then set custom invoice colors or upload a logo.
Customize Your Invoice Footer or Memo:
You can also customize the Footer or Memo fields of your invoices. This is helpful to be able to list custom terms, conditions, etc. or to list a standard memo on all invoices.
Sign into your Stripe account and under "Product Settings" choose "Invoice Template."
In Invoice Settings, you will find the "Default Memo" field and the "Default Footer" fields that you can paste in your custom terms and conditions. The Memo shows at the top of your invoices, the footer displays below your invoices.
Customize Your Payment Methods
You can also adjust your default payment methods that your clients can use to pay your professional fees that you charge through Travefy's invoicing tool.
Sign into your Stripe account and under "Product Settings" choose "Invoice Template." Scroll to the bottom of your "Invoice Settings" page to the "Default Payment Terms" section:
