Troubleshooting with Stripe

If your Stripe account gets shut off in error, we advise you to sign into your Stripe account and go to: to submit a support inquiry directly with Stripe. This support request must come from your Stripe account.

Emailing a support inquiry will trigger an account verification process.

In your support request to Stripe, you must clearly state that you are only using Stripe to charge consulting fees and planning fees for you clients and that you are aware Stripe does not support charging fees for travel services/products. Then reiterate you will not be charging fees for travel—only consulting fees.
