Protected Fields are a question type that allows your traveler to submit sensitive information that can only be viewed after you have entered your password.

Protected Fields can also be used as a Smart Field!

Note: To use this question type as a Custom Field, it will first have to be created in your account. Click here to learn how to create custom fields!

When viewing the information submitted in a form response or in a contact profile, the submitted information will be censored as shown here:

When you hover your mouse over their response, an eye and a copy button will appear.

Clicking on the eye will prompt you to enter your password if you haven't entered it recently.

Once that's done, you can view the submitted information!
