Travefy's system offers the ability to insert custom messages into emails sent for proposal invites, itinerary invites, forms, and credit card authorizations. With the subject lines and custom messages in the body of these emails being sent to clients, this presents the possibility that users may include a word or phrase in the email being generated from Travefy's system that also happens to be a common word/phrase for spam triggers and filters.
While Travefy follows universal best practices to ensure best-in-class email deliverability, a user generating an email from Travefy's system can still trigger spam filters by including specific words or phrases.
Many common words or phrases that can trigger spam filters include subject lines or custom messages including words or phrases pertaining to payments, credit card authorizations, messages in ALL CAPS, among other trigger words.

Troubleshooting:
If you have issues with email deliverability with generating emails from Travefy's system, try these two steps:
Simplify Your Message: If generating a trip invite, form or credit card authorization, try not including a custom message in the email or simplifying the name of the trip or the name of the form to avoid trigger spam filters.
Reach Out To Support: Use the live chat inside your Travefy account or email Professional@Travefy.com and include the specific email addresses you are having issues with and dates/times those emails were triggered. Travefy's team can review email logs to see if there were any specific sending errors that can be identified.
