Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may change your subscription type or cancel your Travefy Professional account at any time prior to the billing date. Once canceled, your account will remain active until the next billing cycle. At that point all of the Travefy Professional features - like custom branding and reservation import - will be deactivated.

You may cancel a free trial at any time during the free trial period and incur no charge. All charges once made are non-refundable.

Teams and Hosted Platforms

For Travefy customers that are joining a team of another Travefy customer, or when joining a Travefy-hosted platform, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund. If your account is eligible, these credits are calculated on a prorated basis at the standard monthly rate for any full or partial months of service.

Please note:

  • No previously redeemed discounts may be applied.

  • Annual discounts are not applied.

  • Travefy does not credit or refund for partial used months of service.
