Why Can't My Clients See the Shareable Itinerary?

If your client attempts to view the shareable itinerary and it doesn't appear for them, you will want to make sure that the trip itinerary is Visibile and not Hidden.

To change the visibility of a trip, you can edit this setting in two places.

The first is clicking on the trip, which opens up the Expanded Trip Sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen.

From there, just click on the name of the trip!

This will open a small menu, allowing you to change the settings listed above.

The second way is change this settings within the trip settings, at the very top of menu.

Pro Tip: You can always see if the trip's visibility is visible or hidden by viewing the green or red symbol next to the trip's name:

Red = Hidden


Green = Visible
