Getting Started
Do I need an account?
Nope! You don’t need to sign up or log in. Just paste the itinerary link your advisor sends you in the app and you’re ready to go.
What devices is the app available on?
The Fora traveler app works on both iOS (iPhone) and Android devices.
How do I get my itinerary in the app?
Your advisor will send you a unique link to access your custom itinerary. Copy and paste that link into the “Add a Trip” section of the Trips tab in the app, tap “Add Trip,” and your full itinerary will appear—no hassle required. (You’ll just need an internet connection the first time you load it.)
Is there a cost to use the app?
Not at all. The Fora traveler app is completely free to download and use—no hidden fees, no subscriptions, no paid tiers.
Using Your Itinerary
What kind of information will I see on my itinerary?
Advisors tailor your itinerary to you and your preferences, so each one will be different. For most, you can expect to see day-by-day breakdowns of lodging, activities, dining, and transportation.
Can I see my itinerary offline (e.g. without Wi-Fi or data)?
Absolutely. Once imported, your itinerary is saved in the app for offline use—perfect for flights or remote destinations.
Will the itinerary update if my advisor makes changes?
Yes. Any updates your advisor makes will automatically sync to your app when you're online.
What if I have more than one trip or itinerary?
You can store multiple itineraries in the app, switching between them as needed. If you need to add an additional itinerary, press on the “+” in the top right corner of the app and it will ask you for your itinerary link.
Can I share my itineraries with travel companions?
Yes! You can easily share your itineraries by navigating to the specific itinerary and pressing the arrow icon in the top right corner. This allows you to share via text, social media, or any communication app on your phone. You can also tap the email icon to send the itinerary link directly via email.

Tap the “More” icon at the bottom of your screen and select “Get help.” From the dropdown, choose “App issue” and describe what’s happening in the text box. Hit submit, and our team will follow up within 24–48 hours.
