We keep a profile of your information so that we can identify you as a TravelNest customer. We also use the information provided on your account to contact you and pay you for bookings, so it is important to ensure this remains up-to-date.

You can review and update this information at any time in your TravelNest account.

To update your personal details, simply follow these steps:

  • Log in to your TravelNest account
  • Once logged in, select the Account icon from the dashboard. You can also access your account at the top right-hand side of the screen too.
  • Select the Account icon. Here, you'll be shown your account overview which includes Personal Details, Business Details, Payment Details and Password.
  • Update the required details, ensuring that sure all non-optional questions are answered
