TravelPledge partners with industry-leading mobile bidding providers to deliver a seamless experience for organizers. Our integrations prevent manually loading items into your mobile bidding system, saving time and reducing errors.

TravelPledge currently integrates with the following mobile bidding providers:

ClickBid

If you already have an ClickBid account:

  1. Log in to ClickBid and navigate to your admin page.
  2. Click Add Fun Experiences to Your Event in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Search for your nonprofit to see if there is an existing TravelPledge account. If no match is found, register for a new account.
  4. After finding or creating your organization's TravelPledge account, click on the link provided in ClickBid to log in to TravelPledge.
  5. In TravelPledge, select the experiences you want to include in your auction.
  6. When you add items to your event, your items will automatically sync to your ClickBid account once a day. You may also sync items immediately by clicking Manage Mobile Bidding from the Home tab.
  7. During your event, have bidders place their bids in ClickBid. This information automatically syncs to TravelPledge so we can prepare your invoice.
  8. Check your email for a link to pay your TravelPledge invoice. Once payment is received, we'll automatically email winning bidders their certificates.

If you do NOT already have an ClickBid account:

  1. Log in to TravelPledge.
  2. Create your event and indicate you are using ClickBid as your mobile bidding solution. If you've already created your event and would like to make this indication, email support@travelpledge.com with your request.
  3. Select your TravelPledge items, as usual.
  4. If you have donated items you want to sync to ClickBid, click Manage Donated Items from the Home tab. You will be able to enter a photo, details and restrictions.
  5. From the Home tab, click Sync to ClickBid.
  6. Follow the prompts to create a new ClickBid account or sync TravelPledge with your existing ClickBid account.
  7. During your event, have bidders place their bids in ClickBid. This information automatically syncs to TravelPledge so we can prepare your invoice.
  8. Check your email for a link to pay your TravelPledge invoice. Once payment is received, we'll automatically email winning bidders their certificates.

EVENT.GIVES (formerly Bidr)

If you already have an EVENT.GIVES account:

  1. Log in to EVENT.GIVES and select TravelPledge experiences to include in your auction. Our integration syncs our experiences to EVENT.GIVES' database so no need to log in to TravelPledge.
  2. During your event, have bidders place their bids in EVENT.GIVES. This information automatically syncs to TravelPledge so we can prepare your invoice.
  3. Follow a link from TravelPledge to pay your invoice.

If you do NOT already have an EVENT.GIVES account:

  1. Log in to TravelPledge.
  2. From the Home tab, click Turn on Mobile Bidding.
  3. Find EVENT.GIVES in the list, and click Get Started!
  4. Enter your mobile phone number and Event Keyword to start your EVENT.GIVES account. Your event keyword will be used to create an unique URL for attendees to access at your event.
  5. Check your email for details about next steps. When you add items to your event, your items will automatically sync to your EVENT.GIVES account once a day. You may also sync items immediately by clicking Manage Mobile Bidding from the Home tab.
  6. During your event, have bidders place their bids in EVENT.GIVES. This information automatically syncs to TravelPledge so we can prepare your invoice.
  7. Check your email for a link to pay your TravelPledge invoice. Once payment is received, we'll automatically email winning bidders their certificates.

MaestroSoft

You must already have Auction Maestro Professional to leverage our integration.

  1. Select experiences for your auction in TravelPledge.
  2. Get Auction Maestro Professional and open it.
  3. Open the TravelPledge Manager within Auction Maestro Professional.
  4. Click Have Account.
  5. Enter your TravelPledge domain prefix and TravelPledge Admin email address. Your domain prefix is the beginning part of your TravelPledge site's URL. For example, if your TravelPledge site's URL is charity.travelpledge.com, your domain prefix is charity.
  6. Click the Login to connect to your active TravelPledge event.
  7. Click Download Chosen Items to sync your selected TravelPledge experiences.
  8. After your event, document winning bid information in Auction Maestro Professional (i.e., winning bid and winning bidder contact info). This information automatically syncs to TravelPledge so we can prepare your invoice.
  9. Follow a link from TravelPledge to pay your invoice.

Other Mobile Bidding Providers

If your mobile bidding solution doesn't integrate with TravelPledge, you can export a CSV file from your TravelPledge dashboard.

  1. Select experiences for your auction in TravelPledge.
  2. From the Home tab, click Export all experiences.
  3. Agree to the popup stating you will use all promotional materials provided.
  4. Click Export Now.
  5. Load the CSV into your mobile bidding solution.
  6. Download any photos from the Home tab as well to upload.
