No. After the event, let us know which items sold. We will create an invoice that covers the fees for the items that sold. Certificates are emailed to winners once the invoice is paid. If you've used mobile bidding, the checkout process occurs in the mobile bidding provider. There is no need to checkout again in TravelPledge.
Sometimes one or more of the experiences at your silent or live auction do not meet the minimum bid. If this is the case, log in and mark the items as "unsold". There is no cost to you on any unsold items.
