As a Foreman or Supervisor in your organization, you can view dispatches and orders where you have been assigned as the Foreman or Supervisor. You can also view drivers on the live map for these dispatches, and create dispatch requests.
Viewing Orders (Mobile)
From the Dispatch menu (at the bottom of the page) you can access all orders.
Orders for tomorrow or yesterday's well.
You can also filter these by status to help you quickly take action on any of your orders.
Tap on an order to view all available order details
Tap on Jobs or Maps to view individual job information and a live view of the trucks in that selected order.
Viewing Jobs/Dispatches (Mobile)
The Jobs tab, will show you all available jobs, displaying latest jobs at the top of the page.
Pending: Show all the jobs within the order they belong to.
Jobs: Show the jobs individually, where you can assign or unassign, and Send if you have assigned a driver or vendor.
Details: Offers all information the driver has access to, such as Directions, Material, Contact details, etc.
Map: Shows the current position of trucks, in real-time for the job you have selected.
