Collaborator Tab: Foreman users see a dedicated tab for collaborator orders on web, in a view only setting.
Duplicate Order Toast: Shows a clickable link to the new order, mirroring the new-order toast.
Rejected Order Transitions: Rejected orders can be moved back to pending or accepted status.
Equipment UoM Default: Primary unit of measure auto-selects when it matches the order.

Company Job Stats: Daily stats panel now accurately reflects total count of required trucks and available drivers and vendor truck capacity on a daily basis.
Accepted - Total count of truck assignments that have accepted their assignments, over the total number of assignments for the day. Accepted counts up as dispatches are accepted.
Available - Total remaining trucks, over total available capacity. Count is calculated as Drivers + Fleet Availability (now editable from the dispatch page). Availability counts down as trucks are assigned and dispatched.
