September 21 2025 - Release Notes

We’ve added new features and improvements to Tread! Below is a quick look:

Written by Marco
  • Edit drivers & vendors from Dispatch – Driver names and equipment pairings in the Orders Dispatch sidebar are now clickable to open their edit modals directly, so you can make changes without leaving the page.

  • Shift “zero-state” with context – Shifts with no jobs now show hours, timesheet, approval actions (when permitted), an approvals list, and a helpful empty-state message instead of a blank screen.

  • Sort Settlements by created date – A new sort control lets you toggle Settlements by Created At (asc/desc) for quicker review and reconciliation.

  • Load notes in the UI – Loads now include a Notes field in the app, making it easy to capture and reference important details.

  • Dedicated Vendor form – Settings now has a streamlined Vendor form (separate from Customer) tailored to vendor setup and editing flows.

  • Faster Order modal – We removed heavy preloading and switched to typeahead/lazy-load, so the Order modal opens faster and fetches only what you need.

Mobile Highlights (Live this week)

  • Map button on Order cards – Jump straight to an order’s Map tab from the card or action sheet for faster navigation.

  • Load & Ticket Notes – You can now add and edit Notes directly in the “Edit Load & Ticket” form to capture important context on the go.

  • Add Attachment prompt restored – Tapping Add Attachment now prompts you to choose Scale Ticket or Other Item, making it clear where to go.

  • Sender/Customer label alignment – Mobile labels now mirror web: “Sender” shows as Customer and the account shows as Project Account where applicable.

  • Complete Job confirmation – When completing a job, you’ll see a confirmation dialog to prevent accidental job completions.
