The Tread app needs at least 100 MB of free storage on your device to function properly. Storage is required to save data, photos, and other information while you’re using the app.
If your device doesn’t have enough available storage, Tread may not start or may stop working until storage is freed up.
How to Free Up Storage
You can free up storage on your device by trying one or more of the following:
Remove unused apps
Delete apps you no longer use to quickly free up space.Delete photos and videos
Photos and videos often take up the most storage. Consider removing older items or backing them up to cloud storage.Clear app caches (Android only)
Some apps store temporary files that can be safely cleared to reclaim space.
After freeing up storage, return to the Tread app and tap Restart.
