You can quickly connect with vendors in your Tread network by using their Tread ID. This guide walks you through the process of adding a new vendor to your account.
Access Settings – Navigate to Settings in your account dashboard
Go to Vendors – Select the Vendors option from the menu
Click Connect – Select the Connect button to initiate a new vendor connection
Enter Tread ID – Locate the "Tread ID" field and enter the unique Tread ID of the vendor you wish to connect with
Search – Click the Search button to locate the vendor in the system
Select Account Type – Use the dropdown menu to choose the type of account relationship you want to establish
Confirm Vendor Role – Select "Vendor" to confirm that this contact will receive jobs from you (as opposed to a Customer who would send you jobs)
Review Your Vendors – Click Vendors to view your complete vendor list, including the newly added vendor
Filter by Vendor Type – Use the Filters option to view specific vendor types such as Owner Operators (single drivers)
