Signing In to Tread

How to access the web platform

  1. Enter your email or phone number

  2. Enter your password or login code

  3. Click Sign In

Forgot your password? Use the Reset option on the login page to regain access to your account.


Viewing Orders & Jobs

Viewing Orders Overview

Access your orders created by your vendors through the Dispatch section:

  1. Navigate to Dispatch

  2. Click the Calendar to select your desired date

  3. Use the Order section to view jobs dispatched on that date

  4. Check the Driver list to see who's assigned to each job

  5. Review Summary stats for a quick overview of the order

Viewing Job Status and Tickets

Monitor the status and details of your jobs:

  1. Click on a job line to expand and view full details

  2. Review the Overview section which shows all tickets added by drivers

  3. Click on individual tickets to view and verify specific details

  4. Track Job status updated in real-time on the map

  5. Monitor incoming units at pickup and delivery sites

Real-Time GPS Tracking

Keep tabs on your trucks with live location data:

  1. Click on Live Map to view all active trucks in real-time

  2. View truck locations and GPS pings as they occur

  3. Click View Route to see route details, speed, and time on site


Viewing & Downloading Tickets

Bulk Download Tickets

Efficiently manage your job documentation:

  1. Navigate to ApprovalsApprove Jobs

  2. Click the Order checkbox to select the orders you need

  3. Click Download Files

Selecting Individual Tickets

For more control, select specific tickets to download:

  1. Click Select All to choose all tickets, or select them individually

  2. Choose your preferred format: PDF or Zip file

  3. Click Download Files to complete your download

You'll now have a complete set of tickets from your completed jobs ready for your records.


Managing Users

Adding Users to Your Tread Account

Expand your team's access to Tread:

  1. Go to SettingsUsersCreate User

  2. Set the user's role (e.g., Company Admin)

  3. Check Send SMS & Email Invitation to notify the new user

The user will receive a text message with a login link and can download the Tread Mobile App to get started.
