This guide shows you how to add new drivers to your Tread Horizon account using the web application.
Step 1: Access Tread Horizon
Navigate to https://app.tread-horizon.com/
From here, click on "SETTINGS".
Step 2: Open Settings
Click "Settings"
Step 3: Navigate to Drivers
Click on "Drivers".
Step 4: Start Creating a Driver
Click on "Create Driver" to start adding a driver.
Step 5: Enter Driver Information
Select Show Details to add a company name for the driver, if this is an Owner Operator with a company name.
Click on the text fields to enter your driver information, some are required fields.
You can select email or phone number to add your driver.
Click "Send Email Invitation" Or "Send SMS Invitation" or both if you entered an email and phone number to add the driver.
Step 6: Add Equipment (Optional)
If your driver owns their own equipment, you can add in the Truck Number/Name field. You can also add the truck type or you can select from your list of equipment like in the example here.
Step 7: Complete the Process
Click on "Create" to complete the process.
Step 8: Confirmation
Here you can see the example created, and a notification confirming the driver was created successfully.
Step 9: Verify Driver Creation
Click the "Search…" field and enter the driver name to verify the driver was created.
Step 10: Complete
And that's all!
Now you have added a new driver on Tread Horizon.
