Adding Tickets for your loads - Tread Mobile

This guide shows you how to add tickets for your loads using the Tread Horizon mobile app.


Step 1: Access the Mobile App

Using your mobile device, navigate to https://link.tread.io/app, or open the app from your mobile device.


Step 2: Navigate to Add Ticket

Tap on the + Add Ticket.

Push up the screen to see all loads requested or the ones completed.

Tap on the Camera icon to open the page to add a ticket.


Step 3: Add Tickets for Completed Jobs

Tap on the History menu, and select the Done tab to add tickets if you had already ended your job today or in a previous date.


Step 4: Select the Job

Tap on the job name and scroll down to see the camera icon to Add a ticket on that load.


Step 5: Add Another Load (Optional)

If you completed a Running job, and need to add another load, and a corresponding ticket, you can add another load and ticket by tapping on the ADD ANOTHER LOAD button.


Step 6: Choose Photo Source

Tap on "Camera" or "Gallery" to launch the camera in your device or add from your already in-camera photos.


Step 7: Take the Photo

Ensure the image is clear and the ticket is within the borders when taking a photo.


Step 8: Save the Ticket

Verify the ticket number and Qty is correct, tap on "SAVE" & "DONE" to finish adding the photo of your ticket.


Step 9: Add Tickets After Shift Ends

To add tickets after a shift/Logging has ended, please watch this video.

From the Logging bar, look for the previous shift where you need to add a ticket or Timesheet.

Find the date for the timesheet or ticket, and add the ticket or a new load.
