Overview

The Loads tab per order provides a centralized view of all loads associated with an order, allowing you to efficiently approve, flag, and manage tickets without navigating between multiple jobs. This is a best practice for ticket-based approval workflows.

Getting Started

Step 1: Navigate to the Loads View

  1. Go to either of these locations:

Step 2: Access the Loads Tab Click the "Loads" tab displayed under any order summary card to view all associated loads.

ⓘ Notes:

  • Displays ALL loads - leave fields blank if data not available

  • Loads are sorted by Driver name and Ticket Time (earliest to latest)

  • Cancelled loads are removed, no longer cluttering your view

Step 3: Choose your default view Use the new toggle in the top right corner of the Approve Jobs page to set whether the Jobs tab or Loads tab opens by default

Filtering Actions

Step 4: Filter Loads Select a filter from the available options to narrow down which loads are displayed. This helps you focus on specific loads (ex. for Customer XYZ) and streamline your workflow.

Managing & Approving Individual Loads

Step 5: Select a Load From the loads list, click on any load line item to view and manage its details.

Step 6: Approve a Single Load Click the "Approve" button to approve the currently selected load.

Step 7: Flag a Load for Review Click the "Flag" button to flag any load that requires additional attention or review.

Step 8: Navigate Between Loads Use the chevron icons (← and →) to move between loads in the list without leaving the detail view.

Step 9: Approve and Move to Next Click the "Approve & Next" button to approve the current load and automatically move to the next load in the queue—great for expedited processing.

Step 10: Unapprove a Load Click "Unapprove" from the loads list to reverse a previous approval if needed.

Step 11: Remove a Load and Ticket Click the "X" button to remove a load and its associated ticket from the order.

Managing Attachments

Step 12: Add Ticket Images

  • Click the "Upload" button to add ticket images, or

  • Drag and drop images directly into the upload box

Step 13: Add Additional Attachments Click "Add Other Items" to upload any additional documentation or attachments needed for the load.

Step 14: Confirm Attachments Click "Confirm" on each attachment to save it to the load record.

Bulk Actions

Step 15: Approve All Loads at Once Click "Approve All Loads" to approve all loads associated with an order in a single action—perfect for orders with multiple loads that are ready to go.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use filters to focus on loads of specific categories, reducing distractions and improving efficiency

  • Bulk approvals save time when multiple loads are ready simultaneously

  • Flagging loads keeps problematic items visible without rejecting them completely

  • Use "Approve & Next" for continuous workflow when processing multiple loads

  • Attachments are essential—ensure all required documentation is uploaded before final approval
