We've made some new improvements to the Tread application on both Web & Mobile! Below is a quick look:
Web Improvements
Invoices Can Now Be Corrected After Voiding a Settlement: When you void a settlement, the associated invoices are released back to an editable state. This now allows you to unapprove them, make corrections, and generate a new settlement.
Updated Settlement ID Prefixes for Clarity: Accounts Receivable settlements now use the prefix INV (e.g., INV-1230), and Accounts Payable settlements now use PAY (e.g., PAY-1230).
Mobile App Updates
Time Logs tab: Redesigned "Past Logs" screen with new Treads/Logs tabs and date filtering
Driver notifications: Drivers now have the option to turn off notifications for Tread state changes (e.g. Arrived at Pickup, Loaded, Arrived at Dropoff).
Language selector: We’ve added a language selector that changes only the Tread app’s language (it won’t affect the device language).
Order form improvements (Dispatch/Admin): Dispatchers and Admins can now create Customers and Materials directly from the order form.
