Update your username, phone number, and email address in the Tread Horizon app with just a few taps.
Getting Started
Step 1: Open the App: Navigate to https://link.tread.io/app or open the Tread Horizon app directly on your mobile device.
Step 2: Access Account Settings: While in the app, select Account from the menu at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Open User Management: Tap on Manage Users to access username editing options.
Editing Your Information
Step 4: Select Edit Tap EDIT next to your name to edit your user profile. From this page, you can modify:
Your name
Phone number
Email address
Default truck number
Step 6: Save Changes Tap SUBMIT to save and complete your changes.
Quick Tips
You can only edit your own username and account information
All three fields (name, phone, email) can be updated at the same time
Changes are saved immediately after tapping Submit
