Edit Drivers and Remove Drivers from a Vendor's Account

This guide provides a step-by-step process for editing or removing drivers from a managed vendor's Tread account.

Example Scenario

  • You need to update the name or phone number for a vendor's driver

  • You need to remove a driver who no longer drivers for a vendor

Navigate to Settings, click "Vendors"

Click the "Manage" button

🔔 If you don't see this button, use the in-app chat to let us know which vendor(s) needs to be managed. You can also email support@tread.io, and send us a list of the vendor(s) you would like to manage.

Locate a driver and click the pencil icon

Here you see all drivers belonging to this vendor or shared to this vendor.

Edit the driver's information, such as phone number. Click "Update" when you're done.

Congratulations! You've edited a vendor's driver.

Remove a Driver

Drivers can be removed by unsharing the driver from the vendor's Tread account.

Locate a driver and click the ••• icon

Click "Remove Share"

Congratulations! You've removed a driver from a vendor's Tread account.

NOTE • This driver may still be shared to YOUR account. You can remove the share between this drive and your account from your "Driver" page in Settings.
