This guide explains how to add drivers to your Tread account using the mobile app.
How to Video:
Step 1: Open the App
On your mobile device, navigate to https://link.tread.io/app or open the Tread app already installed on your device.
Step 2: Go to Manage Contract Drivers
Tap on Account, then tap on Manage Contract Drivers.
Step 3: Add a New Driver
Tap on "+ Add" to begin adding a new driver for your account.
Step 4: Fill in the Driver contact Information
Use the name and contact fields to enter the new driver details. Select "Send sms invite", and the driver will receive a message with link to install the app.
Step 5: Create Equipment and Complete the Setup
Select the Create Equipment checkbox and enter the truck number and type. Tap Create to finish adding the driver.
💡 Adding equipment during driver creation links the truck to the driver right away, saving you a separate step.
