What does the AI check for?
Duplicate tickets - Identifies if the same ticket number has already been submitted
Quantity outliers - Compares the ticket's quantity against other tickets on the same order to spot values that seem off (e.g. Ticket 1 is 22.4 tons, while Ticket 2 is 221.4 tons)
Date mismatches - Checks whether the ticket's service date matches the job date
Unreadable images - Detects when a ticket photo is too blurry, cropped, or illegible to review
If no critical issues are found, the AI will flag the load as AI approved. You can still manually approve any load regardless of what the AI decided.
Where do I see the AI flags?
AI flags are displayed in the load tables in the Dispatch and Approvals pages.
Tickets flagged by AI will have a red flag icon with a robot head. Hover over the AI review icon on any load to see the status, specific issues found, and the AI's reasoning.
Which tickets does it look across?
The AI reviews all tickets within your current account. When checking for duplicates, it searches across every ticket in that account.
When checking for quantity outliers, it compares against other tickets on the same order.
How quickly does this happen?
AI Reviews run automatically as soon as a load is completed. By the time you're looking at your loads in Approvals, the review results are already there.
Can I override the AI's decision?
Yes. The AI review is informational — it does not lock anything in. You can still manually approve any load regardless of what the AI decided, and a load that the AI approved still requires your manual approval to be fully approved. The AI helps surface issues early so you can focus your attention where it matters.
How to turn it ON or OFF
Once this feature is enabled for your account, any admin can turn if ON or OFF by toggling the AI Reviews checkbox.
