There are 3 ways to find tickets in the Tread platform — by ticket number, by date, or through the Approvals section.
Method 1: Search by Ticket Number on a Day
If you already have the ticket number, you can search for it directly from the Search field in the Dispatch page for a specific date.
Copy or type the ticket number you are looking for.
Paste it into the search field. Tread will return the matching order, job, and the ticket associated with that load.
💡 Note: If you are logged into a parent account your search results will include tickets from all child accounts. Make sure you are searching within the correct account for the ticket you need.
Method 2: Search by All Dates
You can filter tickets by date range to narrow down what you're looking for.
Click Clear All to reset the view — this will default the results to today's date.
To expand the date range, click Select All Dates, or manually set a custom range by clicking the calendar. The first click sets the start date; the second click sets the end date.
Click Confirm to apply the date range.
Enter a ticket number in the search field to locate the specific ticket within that range.
Method 3: Search via Approvals (Recommended)
The Approvals section is where most coordinators will do the majority of their ticket review work. It provides a full view of approved loads and makes ticket searches easy.
Go to Approvals → Approved Jobs.
Select your date range using the calendar. Click once to set the start date, click a second time to set the end date, then click Confirm.
Enter the ticket number in the search field to locate the specific order tied to that ticket.
Viewing all uploaded tickets via the Loads tab
To see all tickets across every load within a date range:
Go to Approvals → Approved Jobs and select your date range.
Click the Loads tab. This displays all tickets uploaded across every load for the selected period.
