Written by Richard Leung

Where to Find It

Go to Settings > Labels in the left sidebar.

Who Can Manage Labels

These roles may manage labels: Company Admin, Dispatcher, Biller.

How to Use It

Creating a Label

  1. Go to Settings > Labels

  2. Click Create Label

  3. Enter a name (e.g., "Priority", "Night Shift", "Owned")

  4. Pick a color from the 12 available options

  5. See a live preview of your label, then click Create

Editing a Label

Click the pencil icon next to any label to change its name or color. Updates apply everywhere that label is used.

Deleting a Label

Click the three-dot menu next to a label and select Delete. You'll be asked to confirm. Deleting a label removes it from all drivers, equipment, and accounts it was applied to.

Adding Labels to Drivers, Equipment, and Accounts

You can add labels when creating or editing any of the following:

  • Drivers — in the driver form

  • Equipment (trucks, trailers, etc.) — in the equipment form

  • Customers — in the customer account form

  • Vendors — in the vendor account form

To add a label: open the item's form, find the Labels field, and start typing to search. Select up to 5 labels per item.

Filter by Labels

You can filter by labels Settings: Drivers, Customers, Vendors, Equipment.
