Direct dispatch allows you to assign and send jobs directly to a driver on a vendor account without the vendor having to re-assign on their end. Follow the steps below to enable this for a specific driver.
Steps to Enable Direct Dispatch
Go to Settings → Vendors.
Find the vendor account where the driver is located and click Manage.
Click the pencil icon in the Actions column next to the driver you want to configure.
Under Shared User Configuration, click Add Shared Company.
Select your company name from the list.
Click Update to save the changes.
Confirm that the driver has a truck number associated with their profile. This is required for direct dispatch to work correctly.
💡 Once this is set up, the driver will appear in your driver panel on the Dispatch page and can be assigned to jobs directly, just like an internal driver.
