Adding Backhaul Tickets/Attachments to Loads

How to add a backhaul ticket or attachment to a load in the driver app, view it afterward, and delete it if you need to re-enter it.

This guide walks you through adding a backhaul ticket (or any attachment) to a load in the driver app, confirming it was saved to the correct load, and removing it if you need to re-enter it.

Adding the attachment

1. Open the attachments panel. To add a backhaul ticket, slide the screen up to show the attachments button, then tap Add Attachment.

2. Select Other Item.

3. Tap the Category selector dropdown.

4. Select Other from the list.

5. Type Backhaul in the description field.

6. Make sure the attachment is on the correct load before continuing.

7. Tap Take photo or Choose from gallery.

8. Take a photo of the ticket.

9. Tap SAVE.

Viewing the attachment

10. To view the attachment, tap the ATTACHMENTS arrow.

11. Tap LOADS.

12. Tap the load to see the attachment.

Deleting and re-entering an attachment

13. Tap the Delete button if you want to enter the attachment again.
