View Jobs & Orders from the Dispatch Tab, and filter data, adjust columns, and group jobs by order.
Assign drivers/vendors, view high level details, and receive status updates using the Dispatch tab.
Truck Status
Pending = Jobs in following states
Created, assigned, rejected, sent, paused
Active = Jobs in following states
To pickup, arrived at pickup, loaded, to dropoff, arrived at dropoff, unloaded, load completed, accepted
Done
In review, completed, canceled, flagged, signed off, paid
Total
Total number of trucks in order
Drilling into Jobs
Use the 3 lines icon to close, expand or open Job Details, Billing Information, location, timeline and job events. Access to enhanced view of driver route and the sites on jobs.
Use the three dots menu to duplicate or copy a job or to send a text message to a driver. The Edit button gives you access to editing a specific job.
Clicking on the driver name, or section title will also apply the open, close & collapse functions.
Drilling into Loads
Monitor Load status in real-time, understanding which loads have been completed and what’s next. View real-time job events from the field.
Improve Compliance and notification
Send text messages to individual drivers or all drivers who have accepted jobs based on status or in the event that road conditions change and you have to communicate with all drivers.
Include a custom message and be sure to include a call back number for better results.
Real-time Driver Status
Without a driver having to touch their phone, once they enter a geofence, their status is updated in real-time.
Live Map
The Live map provides Insights into ETA & Status progression
View active jobs status & orders for internal and external drivers, including their geofences
Confirm drivers are doing the correct things in the correct way, using the route replay feature
Validate drivers sharing location and are not idling
Identify in real-time if a driver has their location settings enabled
Green SignalOnline: Location data received within last 5 minutes
Orange ClockIdle: Location data received 5-10 minutes ago
Red No SignalNo signal: Location data older than 10 minutes
Grey No SignalOffline: No location data at all, includes driver on break or not on duty (not on shift)
