Uploading & Editing Tickets as a Dispatcher

How to upload tickets from drivers and edit these as a dispatcher in Tread Horizon

As a Dispatcher or Biller you can review and edit tickets uploaded by your vendors or internal drivers.

Log into the platform on desktop or laptop here: https://app.tread-horizon.com/

  • Use phone number or email for username

  • For mobile access, please download the "Tread Material Logistics" app:

From the Approvals→Tickets Review subtab, using filters, you can review all tickets added on every job and make changes like ticket number, Qty, Material, etc. This will ensure any mistakes made in the field can be corrected for billing.

Adding & Editing Tickets

To add a missing ticket:

Click on the Ticket number you want to adjust, then click on the ticket placeholder to select the source for the image. Click on the Edit button to make any additional adjustments.

To edit a ticket:

Click on the Ticket number you want to adjust, then click on the Edit button.

You can also add tickets for loads from the dispatch page:

  1. Select Add Ticket from the Loads subtab

  2. Click on the image box from the Ticket Details dialog

  3. Edit the ticket details as required

  4. Add attachments as well, if needed, and Save to complete the upload

If you are a foreman or dispatcher and it is your responsibility to approve tickets, you can use the Approve button to complete the workflow.
