Adding Tickets

How to add tickets as a Driver or Operator in Tread

As you move through the steps to complete a job in Tread, once you start the job you can add and replace a ticket.

To add a ticket, once you have started your dispatch in the mobile app, and the load has produced a ticket like in the LOADED stage:

  1. Tap on the ADD TICKET button

  2. Tap on CAPTURE PHOTO

  3. Confirm the image shows the entire paper ticket, it's not blurry, tap on TAKE PHOTO

  4. Make sure the ticket number and quantity are correct, or edit the values so they match the ticket, and lastly tap on SAVE

If you did not add a photo after loading or Unloading, you can add the photo when you Review & Confirm the Load or Loads.

  • Tap on Edit, to see the CAPTURE PHOTO in the steps above, then follow steps 3 to 4 to complete the process of adding a photo

  • Scroll horizontally to see all the loads, if you completed more than one load

Note: Select OK, when you see the request to allow Tread: New to Access the Camera.
