As a Salesperson, in Tread you can create an order and dispatch the jobs necessary to complete your deliveries. You can send these to internal drivers or subhaulers.
Note: Admin, Dispatcher & Biller roles can create, send and edit jobs
To create a job, an order has to be created first.

Click on Sales →Orders →Create Order
Complete the required fields, and Create your order.
Once you create the order, the respective jobs are generated and you are ready to dispatch those drivers, vendors or subhaulers to deliver the order.
Now you can use the Assign Driver dropdown list to select your internal, leased drivers or subhaulers. After assigning a driver or subhauler, select the Send button to complete the process.
Before you dispatch, please allocate a truck and trailer if applicable. Truck allocation is required in order for the driver to start their job.
To select a truck, and trailer if needed, double click on the field→Select the truck and click on the check mark to complete the selection.
The Send icon will display when you are ready to send the job.
Once the job has been sent or dispatched, you can keep track of the progress in the Actions column. The status flow for jobs progresses as follows:
Created
Accepted By Driver
To Pickup
Arrived Pickup
Loaded
To Dropoff
Arrived Dropoff
Unloaded
In Review
Completed
As you can see, every action by the driver will be shared with you to stay informed of every step along the way.
You can use filters, like driver name, materials, etc. to improve efficiencies and organize your dispatch page.
Editing a job
To Edit a Job, click the 3 dots →Edit, located at the end row, next to the Actions column. This will open the job dialog to make the necessary adjustments. Click on Submit to complete your edits. If required, the driver will receive a Push or Text notification to alert them of the changes made.
Cancelling, marking it as Complete or creating a Duplicate job is also available from the 3 dots →Edit action.
