As a Subhauler or Vendor in Tread, you capture the scope of the work and subdispatch the jobs necessary to complete deliveries for your customers. You can send these to your own drivers or vendors.
*Note: For mobile subdispatching, follow the steps in this article.
To accept an Order:
Log into the platform on desktop or laptop here: https://app.tread-horizon.com/
Use phone number or email for username
For mobile access, please download the "Tread Material Logistics" app:

Click on Dispatch→Accept or Decline
Review all job details prior to accepting jobs and dispatch as needed. Click on the assignment row to expand the job details, and select Job Details:
Once you accept the jobs within the order, you can assign a driver or subhauler/vendor who's responsible for completing the job. Click on Send to complete subdispatching to your drivers or subhaulers/Vendors.
To Assign a Driver/Subhauler:
Click on the Assign button
Select an Internal, External driver or a Vendor to complete the jobs
Click on Assign to allocate a driver or subhauler to to job
Click on Send to complete the dispatch workflow
Before you dispatch, please allocate a truck and trailer if applicable.
To select a truck, and trailer if needed, click on the field Trailer or Truck and select the truck required to complete the job. If no truck is selected, your driver or vendor will be able to use their own truck selected from their account settings.
This could be their usual truck or the one they are using at this time.
Use the Order status, Date & More filters to streamline your view and find orders quickly, and further further drill into those orders you are looking for.
