Stopping or End an active job
This option is available for Admins, Dispatchers and Billers:
When a driver is active on a job site and a field supervisor would like to stop a job and end of a job load, they can mark the job as completed from the Actions menu.
Click on the Actions menu (...)
Select Completed from the Actions list
Note: The job will move from the current state to Canceled.
The driver will see in the mobile app that their job has been cancelled and receive a push notification to let them know if this action change.
If the driver was working on a couple of loads, and had completed 1 or 2 loads, the first load will be marked as completed & the second one will show as cancelled.
Use the End button (for drivers)
If the driver was working on a couple of loads, and had completed 1 or 2 loads, the first load will be marked as completed & the second one will show as cancelled.
The End button will help you as a driver to mark a load or job as complete or ended.
