Setup to Accept Dispatches

What do I need to do do setup my account to receive dispatches?

Companies which have listed you as a subhauler or vendor as a connected account will show in your accounts page as a Customer.

Permissions:

  • Customer allowed to directly dispatch to drivers:

    • Dispatch your drivers directly (Hot Dispatch)

  • Customer is allowed to access number of trucks

    • Select number of trucks to dispatch

To set this up and be sure you are available to accept jobs from your clients:

  • Access the Accounts page and ensure you are set up as as driver as well, if you are a single owner operator

  • Include your drivers in the list of available drivers to receive dispatches if you are a vendor with multiple units

Log into the platform on desktop or laptop here: https://app.tread-horizon.com/

  • Use phone number or email for username

  • For mobile access, please download the "Tread Material Logistics" app:

Settings→Accounts, to apply these changes for customers you wish to your assign your drivers directly:

  • Direct Dispatch Drivers List
    - Drivers you will make available as Hot Dispatch, it can be one or many

  • Shared Equipment List
    - Equipment you will make available as Hot Dispatch in addition to your drivers, it can be one unit or many

  • Auto-Accept Jobs
    - This will automatically accept any assignment sent by your customer, and your driver(s) must make themselves available for the assignment dispatched to them

  • Committed Truck Capacity
    - This will show a list of 1 or many units for your customer to pick from
