Question:

If I am locked out of my SellTreez account or want to change my password, what should I do?

Answer:

When a user is “locked out” of their SellTreez account or is requesting their password/pin be changed, Treez Support will not be able to facilitate this request. For security reasons, the password needs to be reset by a manager-level user within the instance the lockout occurred.
