Verify The Password

Make sure you’re using the correct password setup for your SellTreez account. Passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check that you’re entering the correct casing.

If you’re unable to log in, contact a Manager or another employee with access to Configuration > User Management. They can reset your password as the first troubleshooting step.

Syncing Windows Time to Fix Login Issues

If your Windows Time is not accurate, your browser’s login cookie may be invalidated, causing login failures. This is a security measure since altering system time can create vulnerabilities. Don’t worry — syncing your Windows clock usually resolves the issue.

Steps to Resync Windows Time

  1. Open the Start menu.

  2. Search for “Command Prompt.”

  3. Right-click the result and select “Run as administrator.”

  4. In the Command Prompt window, type:

    w32tm /resync

    and press Enter.

  5. Windows will immediately resync the system time.

  6. Confirm your Windows clock now shows the correct time.

  7. Try logging in again.
