The green and red icons next to a customer’s picture in their profile indicate whether they're a Medical (red) or Adult-Use (green) customer. These statuses are assigned to each customer's profile during the sign-up process.

To change a customer's status, navigate to their profile in Customer Management and flip the toggle titled 'Adult Use Customer' to the appropriate result. If the toggle is gray, the customer's status is Medical. If the toggle is green, the customer's status is Adult-Use.
