Credits are consumed only when an answer or report is successfully generated. If a system error prevents output, credits aren't charged.

Common follow-up questions
If I ask the same question twice, am I charged each time?
Yes — AI Chat and AI Agent charge per successful response. Follow-up queries in the same session count as new queries.
Am I charged again if I re-download an existing Generator report?
No. Re-downloading an already-generated report doesn't consume additional credits.
Can my team share credits?
Yes — Pro and Business plans support team workspaces with a shared credit pool. Starter is individual-only.
How do I see how many credits each query consumed?
Inside the AI Chat conversation, each answer shows the credits consumed for that query. Your remaining credit balance is displayed in the top-right corner of the page. For full credit usage history, see your personal settings. For team-level visibility, see "Can I see who used how many credits?"
