Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Unused credits are kept for a 1-month grace period, then expire. The grace period applies equally to monthly and annual upfront billing.

Expire

When new credits refill or your contract ends, the previous balance stays usable for a 1-month grace period. Once that period passes, unused credits expire automatically. Credits are only usable while your subscription is active β€” if your subscription lapses, existing credits (including those in the grace period) become inaccessible until you resume.

By billing type

Monthly billing

  • New credits refill each month

  • Prior month's unused credits are usable during a 1-month grace period

  • Unused balance expires when the grace period ends

Annual upfront

  • All credits (12 months + 2 bonus months) issued in full at contract start

  • Freely usable throughout the contract term

  • 1-month grace period after contract end before unused credits expire

Common follow-up questions

During the grace period, which credits are deducted first?
Older credits are deducted first to minimize expiration losses. The exact deduction history can be reviewed inside the AI Chat conversation.

Can I use existing credits without an active subscription?
No. Credits remain on your account but require an active subscription to access. If your subscription lapses, existing credits β€” including those in the grace period β€” become inaccessible until you resume.

Can I get a refund on remaining credits?
Standard refund policy applies. Reach out to your account manager for details.

Does the same policy apply to all plans?
Yes β€” the 1-month grace period applies to Starter, Pro, and Business equally. Business plans scaled to contract tier follow the same rollover and expiration rules.
