Where to find receipts

Stripe automatically emails a receipt to your account email after each successful charge. The receipt includes the plan name, amount charged, and billing period.
If you can't find it, check your spam folder first, then email contact@trendier.ai for a copy.

Billing entity

Payments are processed under MeasureCommerce (US-registered entity).

Business plans

Business plans have additional billing arrangements (e.g. bank transfer for annual contracts, tax invoice issuance). These are managed by your account manager — see "What is the Business plan?" for details.

Common follow-up questions

Can I pay in Korean won?
With card payment, you're billed in USD and your card issuer handles the conversion to KRW. Business plans support KRW bank transfer for annual contracts — your account manager handles that path.

Do I get a tax invoice?
Card payment receipts can serve as proof of payment but aren't formal tax invoices. For tax invoices, see Business plan arrangements with your account manager.

Why was my card declined?
See "Why was my card declined?" for common reasons and steps to take.
